Our Team:
We are the Telluride region's largest and most experienced real estate brokerage, with a team that includes more than 40 licensed brokers, assistants and staff members, as well as six offices in prime locations throughout three counties of southwestern Colorado. In addition to our newly remodeled flagship office located in the historic Examiner Building in the heart of downtown Telluride, Telluride Real Estate Corp.
brokers and assistants are also located in Mountain Village, on busy Heritage Plaza in the Village Core, and in two office suites in the upscale Mountain Lodge and Inn at Lost Creek. Recently, Telluride Real Estate Corp.
brought on two more locations to serve customers, opening a new satellite office on Rico's historic main street and teaming with the Ridgway Real Estate Corporation with offices in downtown Ridgway.

Our Beginnings:
Founded in 1981 by T.D. Smith and Telluride Ski & Golf Corporation founding chairman Ron Allred, the Telluride Real Estate Corporation was initially focused on marketing the mid-mountain resort next to the fledgling ski area that would become the Town of Mountain Village. In 1992, five partners, each early investors in, and long-time members of, the Telluride community - Smith, Don McLean, Dave Flatt, Steve Catsman and Steve Hilbert - purchased the ski company's shareholder interest. Buzz Fedorka was brought on as a managing director in 2003, completing the brokerage's current leadership. Throughout our nearly 25 years as an established real estate firm in the Telluride region, Telluride Real Estate Corp.
has steadily continued to expand and grow. Today, more than 40 broker associates complete transactions with a wide breadth of experience and an extensive range of property listings, making Telluride Real Estate Corp.
